Friday Flow Yoga in The Park

Summer isn't over yet! Join us in making the most of what's left by giving yourself some time to rest and reset. 

We're excited to have local, Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) Lori Schultz from Loretta's Tomes & Tealeaves visiting the Park on Friday, August 21st and Monday August 24th to lead a refreshing all abilities Yoga class by the Hudson. 

Registration is required!

100% of proceeds are being donated to Friends of Fort Hardy Park by Loretta’s Tomes & Tealeaves, a recommended donation of $10, $15, or $20 is due on the day of the event.

GENERAL PROGRAM DETAILS

Everything you need to know:

  • Class taught by CYT-200 Lori Schultz

  • 30-40 minute gentle flow Yoga class

  • Class will gather by the Fort Hardy Park gazebo at Schuylerville Village Beach, 3 Ferry Street, Schuylerville, NY and take place in the grass next to the Hudson River. Directions to the park can be found HERE

  • Group size is limited to 10 participants

  • Please dress comfortably. Bring your yoga mat, any accessories/blanket you may want for modifications, water and any worries you may have to release

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult

  • Suggested donation of $10-$20/person due on day of the event, all proceeds go to Friends of Fort Hardy Park (thank you Lori!!)

  • Class sizes are limited so register today!

  • A restroom is available onsite
